This is a RF expansion project for operator AIS for Initial design and planning of 300 3G new infill sites covering Bangkok Metro area with Ericsson platform. My main job responsibilities are below:
 Daily worst cell optimization and KPI performance monitoring for 2G 3G and LTE sites, mainly IRAT, IFHO, DCR and AFR
 Make daily report for 3G and LTE (voice and Packet) KPIs, especially Drops, AFR & mobility. WCDMA-GSM IRAT neighbor tuning for smooth handover.
 Part of LTE feature trial on SRVCC , MCPC, DL ICIC
 3G-2G cell reselection parameter tuning to control UE idle mode behavior
 Analyzing high drop rate and proposing solutions for improvement
 Used TCPU tool for coverage prediction on existing 3G sites and plan initial 3G infill sites based on coverage prediction and Identify location specific needs for new cells taking baseline, performance, capacity, and population into consideration. Also set priority sites based on marketing target forecast.
 Design RFDS on approved sites. Plan Scrambling code, Neighbors (intra and IRAT).
 Update Planning tool TCPU based on RFDS and make coverage prediction to compare before and after
